The space was clean, and tidy. Adequate supplies. Excellent view from balcony, perfect for NYE fireworks. Close to shops, casino, restaurants and public transport. Reasonable priced parking on site too.

I had another really lovely, comfortable stay here at Felix St. I am a returning customer so knew I was in good hands. My apartment was bright, clean and spacious with a good sized balcony - basic qualities that are increasingly lacking in newer builds, they are compact with no balconies often now. My apartment had a good amount of space and had good facilities including washer and clothes dryer. The apartment had everything I needed to have a relaxing stay and was a home from home. The building is in a quieter part of the CBD and right near the Botanical gardens, supermarket and excellent dining/food options as well as so near to transport. Staff are really helpful, friendly, professional and approachable. I had a lovely stay again - thank you :)

Great location for our itinerary. Parking tight, bring a smaller car. There was no a/c in our bedroom, only one in living room, couches were stained, curtains were not block-out, no face washers provided, no water jug provided. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean, location was good, room was quiet. Didn't use the pool, friend did and reporting it was lovely.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. The parking itself was located under the hotel, so if you have hired a car be aware there was not much parking outside the hotel/appartment to stop at to get a code for the hotels underground multi storey car parking. Once you are checked in they give you a code for each day you stay for parking. We hired a SUV and the multi storey basement carpark was very tight to drive down and then you can park anywere in the green painted areas. Please remember to display your ticket as we forgot one time, and had a notice on the car the next morning. There is a lift that takes you to your floor from the basement and OMG when we entred the appartment, it was amazing. Fully functioning appartment with balcony. It was very clean and well presented. We had a stunning view of the Brisbane river with Kangaroo point Bridge which lights up in the evening with beautiful colours and a full view of the outer city. Its a very busy area and is located in CBD. Plenty of shops, restaurants and river trips. We went to Lone pine Koala and kangroo Sanctuary on a river trip which was an 8 minute drive or 24 minute walk to the collection point and then a 40 minute boat trip to the Koala park where you can feed and take pictures. Amazing. Really enjoyed our stay in Brisbane.
