Maybe the apartment is old or something, the bathroom have all the stain and the room itself just don’t look clean at all, won’t stay here again but the location is great, walking distance to queen street but apart from that the apartment itself just not clean

The check-in was not efficientl at all. We were promised to be called when the room was ready, but only after reminiding then 3 times suddenly the room became avaliable. Not acceptable. Except for the good view and very nice balcony, there is nothing posotive to mention.

Excellent Stay

We always stay at Oaks properties and have always found them clean, friendly, and in convenient locations. Our one bedroom suite had a nice balcony, full kitchen and living area and in-suite washer/dryer. Front staff very nice. Close to the new Star Casino and shopping areas.
