The one bedroom was very roomy. The apartment was well equipped. We water pressure was outstanding and everything was great. The best part of the trip was the staff. Friendly and very helpful. We were highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and spacious hotel apartment. The view was amazing, the staff let us check in early on a hot day which was really helpful. Lots of pubs and cafes nearby, main attractions are 10mins away via cab. Overall it waa a pleasant stay, highly recommend

The staff were efficient and professional. The room was spacious but simple and a bit tired. We stayed for 2 nights but the room wasn't serviced for the second half of the stay. The magazines in the room also had scribble on them and the television system was also difficult to work out and a pain in the bum to use.

My room was spacious & very clean; Enjoyable mountain views from the rooms (west wing). I laughed out loud watching our slow noisy trains in contrast to the fast quiet trains in Malaysia, Japan & China! (& cheaper to travel in too)!!
