Great facility’s
Nice room
4 star as my flight was later afternoon and couldn’t do a late check out unless signing up for there loyalty program or something along those lines.
Although this is just as much of an oversight on my behalf also.
Excellent service, friendly staff, all doing their best to make our stay as comfortable and safe as possible whilst we bed in & prepare for the ravages of Cyclone Alfred yet to come!
A fabulous stay at the Hyatt Regency. A great spacious and comfortable room with excellent service from all the staff. Also great location right in the heart of the city! We were only there for one night but would highly recommend.
Dropping off point had hookers hanging around drop piont ! Advice bar in room no ice only 4 beers no sprits beers were of unknown brand !
Used bar down stares took 7 minutes of standing while waitress served meal area ! Rm was in older dark colour!
Location: In the centre of the main shopping street and an easy walk to the river. Shops and restaurants in an easy walk. Prpoerty: Clean, quiet and good amenities. Room: Clean, quiet. Normal hotel room size. Overall a good place to stay on a short stay.
Hi i love staying at Hyatt hotels in Brisbane and Melbourne i remember there was a gym called Oasis at location of Melbourne Hyatt back in 80s i used work out there bring back great memories:)
An extra special thank you to the Hyatt Regency Hotel staff member who took the time and effort to have medication that was accidentally left behind in our hotel room fridge sent via parcel post to our next stop which was in Melbourne. This was truly "above and beyond"!
