Pleasant Stay. Would recommend.

Having as apartment with kitchen and living room is amazing cf. hotel rooms. Spotless clean. The window blinds are hard to maneuver with metal ropes (it hurts) and at risk of breaking when pulling to blinds up! Very friendly staff.

Facility was fine. Size was fine. Non-regular hour checkin process and hotdesk was bad. Communication was bad. 1. I called 3 numbers as the self checkin kiosk didnt work. one 1 number was able to help me. The numbers are all over the places...providing different phone numbers (on the door, in email, on screen). all differrent numbers. 2. my checkout time was also not the same. the signage for self checkout was not clear.

Great apartment, construction zone next door.

Apartment itself was good, well equipped however there is a large construction site next door that is currently (end of August) Jack hammering down to an underground carpark which starts at 6am each morning so it’s not a peaceful start to the morning.

Inna on reception did a wonderful job in relocating us as our apartment didn’t have the king bed as requested. She escorted us to our new room once it was ready and made sure we were happy. Love the location of these apartments as it is an easy walk to the West End for cafes and supermarkets or to South Bank for more dining options or ferries to other sight seeing options.

Great area to access South Bank. Only disappointing experience was 2 nights of very, loud, noisy guests in apartment below. Noise policy wasn't in place for those guests, or maybe permanent residence, as locals did say it has happened before.
