Staff were great, excellent in resolving any issues, our safe did not work and reception resolved within 30 mins with maintenance. The appartment facilities were excellent, lovely pool, would stay again if in the area.

Great location, would definitely stay here again but would go for a room at the front with kitchen facilities. We had a studio apartment where you only get a microwave would have been good to have a hob. Didn't use the pool. Staff were really helpful and friendly

Beautiful lobby, great check in, very warm and friendly staff. Stylist, spacious & very well designed suite. I loved the decor. Lovely view of the river. I didn’t get the upgrade as offered but I was extremely happy with the suite I booked. Checked in early, they were very accommodating so I could nap and shower& get ready for an evening out. Also scored a late check out but only until 12 noon, flight was a lot later that but it worked out fine as I had a great night sleep. Will return!

Worst stay I have ever had in Brisbane. Organised early check in for 13:00- room was ready at 15:00. Ordered room service- never got delivered and reception never answered the phone. Bed is 2 a singles joined together and very uncomfortable.
