My room had a huge water leak in the ceiling. Mind you I was late to check-in at around 10 and just wanted to go to sleep otherwise I would have asked to change room. They had even removed a piece of wallpaper and there appeared to be mold behind it. Yet they still rented me the room..

Room was clean loved the generous amount of body wash and good brand for shampoo and conditioner. Hotel room was gorgeous at night especially with the decorations that were put up no complaints would definitely stay again

This was an okay place to stay at. The room was decent for the price. Hotel needs a face loft for sure. Wall paper is coming off the walls. The outlets needs to be updated. Plugged our charges in and it sparked. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The rooms say no smoking but someone down the hall was smoking weed. Room service never came. We stayed four days and didn't receive new towels or toilet paper.

Bathroom was clean, but limited number of towels. The hotel is in a very poor condition, falling apart, dirty, spots everywhere, ripped carpets. Vending machines, ice makers, all out of service. Breakfast, and coffee are terrible.

The rooms had to be changed three times. The smell was horrendous especially on the pet friendly floor, the smell of urine was overwhelming. We didnt even come with a pet but were put in a pet friendly room. The whole reason why we stayed here was for the convenience of a quiet location to conduct and import zoom meeting. I called the property in advance and i was promised the wifi had just been upgraded and it was strong. When we got there we had nothing but problems with it dropping out. We had to leave and find a local library to conduct the meetings. I will never stay here again and i am asking for a refund. I am not happy with our stay at all! Drew
