This hotel is old and tired. We had no hot water for showers one morning. The window heater’s thermostat was disconnected and it was about 95 degrees one night. Our room was not serviced and staff told me that I had to request service or no one would give fresh towels. I was unaware of this policy. The breakfast buffet was clearly lacking. Probably the last time we will use this hotel.

Had to go to the front desk because my keys would work (several times) room wasn’t dirty but it could definitely use an update and deep clean the carpets or change them, the room smelt also, bathroom floor wasn’t clean & the hot water would go in and out while your showering

The room was adequate for what we needed but showed signs of severe wear and tear. The wallpaper was hanging off the corners, the carpet had spikes coming through the floor near the entrance to the bathroom and the smoking in the hallways left a terrible odor throughout. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Very outdated and needs several repairs throughout. The only ice machine that worked was on the first floor. The continental breakfast was only reaped bagels and juice with burnt coffee. I do not recommend you stay here for the price. Will be contacting corporate.
