Such a long list of complaints, where do I start? When you first walk in this hotel into the lobby you might actually think you’re staying at a clean and decent hotel. That is until you reach the floor your staying on an encounter hallways that smell like cigarettes and mildew. When we got to room door, there were stains all over the door as if someone had threw food on the door. When we entered the room, the room had a very strong mildew smell. The wallpaper on the walls were peeling. There were literally holes and large cracks in the walls. The comforters that were on the bed were paper thin and dingy looking and also had cigarette holes burned into them. The carpet on the floor was damp, clearly there is some type of water leak or something going on as to why the floor is damp and the place has such a strong mildew smell. When I walked into the bathroom the first thing I saw was bloody handprints on the light fixture, there was also no hot water. When I called downstairs with these complaints I was told they would speak to cleaning staff to do a better job. Fast forward to 11pm that night after returning from my family reunion we entered into the parking lot. After circling around several times , to our surprise there was no parking in any of the parking areas. I called the front desk who then told me there was no parking because the hotel was booked to capacity. I then told her I was also a paying customer and should have a parking space. She then apologized and said j

Check in/out clerk was snippy and not accommodating. Felt like I was inconveniencing her. Room carpet was worn beyond repair. Tub did not drain. Marginal hot water in shower. Breakfast was a joke. Never again.

Very disappointed and disgusted with my stay as it was a group of us who traveled to a friends house in the area and needed a place to sleep for a few hours before our long commute back upstate. We had 4 rooms between all of us. In one room, bed bugs were found in the pull out couch where my niece was to sleep. In the other rooms, there were holes in the sheets, some of which appeared to be cigarette holes, the doors/walls were dirty and stained. My tub was dirty and wallpaper peeling so I was not comfortable with taking a shower there. Not worth the $200 plus that I paid, just to be uncomfortable and hardly be able to sleep. I was too tired to drive at that point as it was very late when we checked in, so I had to force myself to close my eyes for a few before getting on the road. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could reach out regarding some sort of refund. Thank you.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The carpet was torn through to the padding in several spots, the drapes had holes in them, the wallpaper was falling down and there was mold in the shower, just to name a few.

When we entered our room 112 The bed appeared that someone had lounged on it. Pillows were flattened and blanket wasn’t smooth. When I went to the desk the person on duty did come and check it, but said that she had helped the cleaning staff do rooms that morning and she didn’t do a good job. I doubt front desk staff can leave to do that or would be working for that length of time, but I give her credit for trying to make an excuse. It was late, I should have asked for another room. The room was a meat locker….60° we asked for and did get another blanket. The waste basket was full of the previous occupants pizza box etc. No hand soap on the vanity to wash hands after using the facilities. We’ve stayed her over the years while visiting family and unfortunately the motel has gone down with each visit. This was the last time we feel comfortable staying. Wish I had some positive feedback.

Needs updating

The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the carpet was worn out and pulling up in spots. There was a large crack in the ceiling and on one of the walls. I guess at one time there was a mirror on one of the walls, but all that is there now are the hooks. You had to fiddle with the drain in the tub to get the shower to work.
