Bed was good, Pillows were too firm' the sofa chair in the room, when sat on, almost sank to the floor! The bathroom sink stopper did not work and was stuck, unable to release water down the drain.

It’s okay, not the best or worst

Rooms are a bit outdated, no microwave or coffee pot. WiFi is horrible, and they say they offer breakfast but it’s really just bread, cereal and coffee/milk. Traffic in front of hotel is just horrible but that’s not on the hotel just more of an fyi.

I needed a hotel overnight as my flight came in late. I was able to make the hotel reservation quickly. The staff at the hotel explained to me about the courtesy car and it came exactly when I said it would check-in was very quick even though a long line The room is fine. Everything I need is in it good and evidently there is a breakfast. I haven't had yet.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shuttle drivers were kind, efficient and gave this out of town person advice on where to go in the city. The front desk workers were very nice and accommodating. I will definitely book at this hotel again if I need to go back to the JFK area.
