This motel provides only the minimal of amenities. At check-in you must ring the door bell several times. While there is a hot shower it is just barely hot enough that you probably wont shiver after the room is warmed up! They do not even have a king bed in any room even though that is what they advertise.You cannot walk around the room in bare feet because there is an old wooden floor that tends to have some grit on it...so I laid down all the towels from the bathroom to the bed. Otherwise I had to wear socks and shoes.The towel rack hangs beside the toilet so all towels must be removed from the rack to sit almost straight on thew toilet. The toilet is only maybe 4 inches from the wall so you still sit almost sideways on a wobbly seat. No light working in the bathroom and there is only one dim light in the middle of the main room. Free wi-fi with very low speed.The bed was comfortable and the room has a small refrigerator and a microwave. Only stay here if it's at a heavily discounted price and you need to rest your head very close by to Stony Point.
