The rooms were not clean at check in. You could tell the floor was not vacuumed. We stayed 4 nights and only had the room cleaned once. I'm not sure if they were under staffed.
Also at check in, they did not honor our free upgrade if available. They informed us that an upgrade was only available with the additional charge.
Overall disappointed. The breakfast was horrible. Food was cold.
