The staff was super amazing !!! The front desk were soooo friendly and super helpful . Tge cleaning people were also very eager to assist . Breakfast was great . The pool was nice . Hot tub hot !!

Not a lot of parking. A little outdated, but not bad for the price. Very convenient for walking to the convention center, and pretty convenient for downtown disney. Plenty of fast food, gas stations, and drug stores in walking distance.

Carpets need replacing

The room needs to be upgraded. The carpet is still dark brown was black. The ice machines I had to travel to a different floor to get ice, but I do thank you for the ice. One elevator was not working.
