Orange Hotels with Parking

The room was very accommodating for our group size. However, upon arrival, we received no details on the amenities such as breakfast and parking. We had to keep going back to the front desk to ask additional questions. When attempting to enter the garage after loading a baby, we learned our garage key card wasn’t activated so we had to wait for security and go back to the desk for a 4th time. One of the main reasons we booked this property was because the listing said it includes the Disney shuttle. We were told at the front desk it comes every 30 minutes so we proceeded to wait in the lobby at the entrance and after 45 minutes we asked the front desk if the shuttle was late? She said oh noo you need to wait around the building. Why couldn’t those details again be given the first time travelers ask and waiting right in front of you. Needless to say when we proceeded to the “shuttle” it was really the OC transit and we learned that there isn’t actually an individual shuttle to Disney anymore it’s two city kitties that can take you but you need to pay for the bus pass. Overall the hotel is great but the cleaning condition could be better

This has the potential of being an excellent hotel, however it feels like management/owners don’t care anything about making a positive guest experience. My husband was undergoing medical treatment so we stayed at this hotel for 5 nights/6 days. We needed a quiet place for him to recover but this hotel was not quiet at all. Doors were slamming and banging all day and night long. You could hear people talking out in the halls from your room. Loud music was playing in the lobby which could be heard from our room. I think the owners should try to get a restful nights sleep in this hotel! Rooms are nice and large, but one elevator, one guest laundry washing machine, and two ice makers were out of order the entire week. No signs of them even attempting to have them fixed. Also, the entrance door closest to our room the key card was not working. I mentioned this to the front desk a few times and they said maintenance was aware and working on it, however it was still not working when we left. I would love to stay at this hotel again if there was some improvement with how the property was maintained.

Great hotel! Loved the pool and the breakfast. Staff was super nice. We will stay here again.
