The hotel was a great spot for us, we were just overnighting to return back to Canada. The hotel is nice and close to the airport. The restaurant was clean, the food exceptional and the service was prompt and friendly. Morgan, originally from Toronto and working at the Front Desk was fantastic to deal with and she really made our night for us. A great person to talk to and she was extremely helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

The free breakfast was wonderful. All the traditional American breakfast items were there as well as a full English breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was excellent.

Breakfast ok. Staff nice enough but not very welcoming or helpful. Room should not have been used under its condition.

The Premier Inn is the perfect hotel to stay in if you are having a early morning flight. I had a flight out of Terminal 4 and it was about a six minute walk from reception to the terminal. Customer service was very nice and helpful. The meal deal was great and dinner and breakfast was lovely. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay again and highly recommend.

Another great stay at the Ibis Budget. It’s conveniently close to long‑stay parking and Terminals 2 and 3. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed, and the restaurant felt welcoming with good‑quality food. The only downsides were the parking cost and the lack of a kettle in the room, but given the price and the short stay, these were only minor inconveniences.
