The room was just okay. There was no fridge, which was disappointing, and unlike every other hotel I’ve stayed at, there were no complimentary bottles of water. Instead, water was only available from a vending machine at an outrageous £10 per bottle. The TVs weren’t smart and had only about six channels. The room had no phone so I couldn’t get a wake up call and almost missed my morning flight. With all the extra costs, I would’ve been better off booking a more expensive hotel. I understand it’s a “budget” hotel, but honestly, it felt more like a hostel.
