The breakfast is okay, somewhat limited and things weren’t always stocked. The coffee is very good for a hotel. Hotel room floor was dirty. Staff is hit or miss - I booked the reservation on Hotels.com and the girl who checked us in told me that the virtual number with Expedia wasn’t working and that she would need my credit card and that I might get charged the $350 for my stay twice. She acted like this was not a big deal and said that I could just dispute it with my credit card company. I’m assuming that she just didn’t know what she was talking about and that my credit card was just put on file in case of incidentals, but she kept saying they needed a card for the payment and didn’t seem to understand that I had paid for this room months ago. After I complained on hotels.com, the assistant general manager quickly reached out but after I explained my issue, I never received a response. The young man who checked us out the morning of 12/26 is fantastic though! He understood our frustration and printed out a receipt and went over the charges with us and assured us that we would not be charged anything beyond what was initially paid. Without his excellent customer service, we wouldn’t even think of returning to this location.
