Another good stay through Hotel.com

It was a pleasant stay. Have stayed there many times. Two things I want to shares-to bring to your attention-the light in the hallway was visible around the room door and the toilet paper kept falling of the roll holder. Other than that all was good. Thank you

What I liked - The location was awesome--minimal traffic compared to 87 or the shopping centers. The building looked great from the outside and the grounds were well kept. Easy parking. The inside lobby was awesome. Clean and inviting. The staff were super friendly and couldn't have been nicer. The room was spacious, mostly clean and smelled nice. The AC worked great. Water was hot enough. What I didn't like - The toilet had rust stains (brown) at the bottom of the bowl (very off putting). There was a large yellow/brown stain in the middle of the rug (also off putting). I also used the pool facilities. The main pool was so filthy you couldn't see the bottom. Tried the hot tub. It was also very dirty and although there were bubbles, the water was cold. Hope they get it fixed. I'd like to stay there again.

Hot tub doesn't work!!!

I came here for a couple get away. I came here specifically for the hot tub for the "hot tub" to not even be hot! It was very cold. Me and my husband brought our laptops and couldn't even get a wifi connection. My husband brought this to the attention of the front desk and was told "I highly doubt you aren't getting wifi in your room". Terrible service! I couldn't even use the hot tub that I came here specifically to use.

Stayed for a quick overnight while in town for a tournament. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub looked like they could use some attention as the water was cloudy but it didn’t stop the kids from swimming Would stay again.
