Property looks great when you walk into the Lobby, ok restaurant and Bar with amazing views of the river falls. The rooms need upgrades, they have a bad smell once you open the door, bathroom was not very clean and beds were not made right. If they upgraded the rooms it would be a Perfect hotel!

Rooms need updated terribly. Carpet needs to go. Shower/tub leaking with rust. We’ve stayed here many times and it’s just getting worse. Beds are so uncomfortable. Side of mattress falling apart. The rooms do not match the hotel it’s beautifully decorated when you walk in and restaurant area is great. Update rooms!

I love staying at this Sheraton. The restaurant and lounge are wonderful.Unfortunately, the room I had this time, was a bit run down. There were stains on the night stands and tears in the bedsheets. Perhaps it’s time to check the state of all the rooms.

A nice night out!

Aaron at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and I was happy to meet him in person. Our room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. It appeared that it might not have been used in a while. The bathroom sink either had dust or left over shaving gunk. There were no trash bags in the containers which I felt was a little unsanitary. The price was reasonable for a weekend night. Beau's on the River was excellent and the bar afterward was charming and quaint.

Nice hotel that missed a ton of details.

Didn't nail it. No hot tub, sauna was broken. Issues with the meal at dinner (server was amazing though and definitely took care of the issues, but still). No pillow and blanket for the pull out, and took 2+ hours for them to show up when requested. Main bed wasn't fully made when we checked in, and one of the TVs in the room was broken. Its a nice looking hotel in a good spot, they just did not nail it.
