Room ok, very good housekeeping, chair stained, manager very poor attitude, no pride in hotel, unresponsive. Pool area full of debris snd broken tables and chair, hot tub out of order, breakfast ok except no oatmeal, microwave not working, terrible coffee. Water was turned off to sink in room, Overall, a very disappointing stay, will not return.

Price was absolutely perfect. Clean room. Hot water was perfection. I loved the hot breakfast in the morning. Bed was comfy. Staff was nice and helpful. Felt safe. And then came 10 pm and the loud droaning sound of what Im assuming was the laundering of the hotel sheets and towels. Our room must have been next to or across. The jet engine sound starting and ending was all night. I'll get a full nights sleep in my own bed tonight.

No one including Expedia or the hotel can stand behind what the hotel states they include in our stay. The hot tub was broken and pet deposit was required. The hotel should inform customers when booking if items are not correct or updated on the website. We went to another hotel down the road and did not get a refund. Don’t understand if I didn’t use the hotel how they can justify keeping my money.
