Not very welcoming upon arrival. Just took info and gave to card … no explanation of area, wifi, breakfast, fitness room, etc. Light switch kit is for room didn’t work. Bathroom sink backed up. Toilet paper holder broke. Holes in bath towels. TV remote didn’t work and when I used the TV buttons, there was one working channel. No channel guide. The MOST annoying, however, was the dumpster emptied right outside my room/window at 4:46am. I could not get back to sleep. Not a restful stay at all. When I left, nothing from person at front desk. Will not stay here again.

Hotel room had a bad oder, dirty towels in bathroom, fridge didn’t work properly. Vending machine in lobby did not work and desk person could only get one bottle of water out. We left after one night.

The only thing good about this place is the bar/restaurant bar owners, the owner of the hotel are no help and really rude, but the owners of the bar/restaurant it’s self, open there place, with love and kindness. We have stayed there 4 times now. I can till u it’s not because the hotel,it rundown and need some real love. it became we really like the owner of the bar/restaurant.

We checked in and the room was spacious and warm but when checking around the beds I found a golf ball, a BB gun pellet, some random plastic items and another travelers invoice from a different Hotel from May of this year. I had requested sheets and a blanket for the bed in the pull out sofa and they never arrived. The breakfast had some tiny muffins and 2 pancakes available. There was a staion that I think had Eggs and Bacon in it but was empty and I dont think it was going to be refilleed even though vreakfast was suppose to be available for another hour. Also the elevator did not work either. There is a nice bar in the basement o fthe hotel which we did enjoy.
