If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I booked this room through Expedia based on its “very good” rating, but my experience was the complete opposite. The room was absolutely unsanitary, there were feces in the bathroom and hair that appeared to be pubic hair. The smell in the room was overwhelming and unbearable. I took photos to document the condition. Despite these unacceptable circumstances, I was unable to get my deposit back. I left immediately, there was no way I could stay in such conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was on the road, with a kid in the car...trying to find a hotel on the fly. Your map was terrible, your process was not helpful and I ended up booking the hotel in a town we had passed 40 minutes ago....I immediately contacted expedia (not even 5 minutes) and they told me it was non-refundable and that I'm stuck with it. Let me tell you...I've used expedia for all of my personal travel for 20+ years (maybe longer). EXPEDIA will NEVER get a penny of my money ever again! I have been a loyal customer to Expedia for a very long time and in my time of need, at midnight on dark roads....Expedia took advantage of my situation to make a buck. I will let everyone I encounter know this, including a google review and I promise you...you will NEVER get a penny of this loyal customer's money ever again!

My husband and I loooved the location of this cute hotel. Peaceful, quiet, near to a historic site and beautiful scenery all around. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

A newly renovated hotel, but could be a bit better quality. Advertise a pool but it was filled in with Dirt. No hot food (unless you consider bagels being a hot food) for breakfast. Plenty of oatmeal, cereal, yogurt. Pillows where wicked soft probably to soft. But the bed was average.

It’s a newly renovated hotel and very clean but my room was unfinished which made it look a bit sloppy/unprofessional and not what I expected of a Hilton. The bathroom cabinet was basically unfinished particle board with a nice counter top. Many restaurant options nearby but would have been nice if they kept the pool (they were filling it in with dirt while we were there)

The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of hot breakfast food, and no waffle maker. Didn't get there till late so didn't have time to swim, but the next morning I noticed the pool was empty. It was clean and had a good night sleep. Keith

No pool

A pool was advertised and partly why our family booked there. When we arrived the pool was empty and we were told its under maintenence. It looked it had been empty fir some time. There should have been a notice before we booked stating the pool was out of service. We would have stayed somewhere else. Other than that, the hotel looked recently renovated but you could still tell it was an older hotel. The beds were very comfortable.
