We loved the hotel and casino. Was not aware of no maid service. I put the hang tag on the handle of door but never received service.

We enjoyed the stay… very comfy bed & pillows… staff was very polite & helpful… we enjoyed the exercise room & the activities as well, especially bowling… didn’t get to play pool unfortunately it was past 8 pm & kids were not allowed after 8 pm but it was enjoyable… kinda hoped they’d of had a fridge & microwave in room or somewhere to use lol but it was a great experience… I do recommend! :) will stay there again in the future :)

This is a decent place to stay. Staff was friendly. It's clean. there's a restaurant open most nights. And there's a "Deli" that serves fast food items including pretty good pizza. My only issue is I had to request housekeeping. Unfortunately, though the new norm is for hotels to not provide daily service

Breakfast not free in casino but excellent value. We ate dinner in the steakhouse; service and food very good. Rooms were very nice but didn't have a fridge or microwave. Overall property very well kept. Would happily return for another stay.
