This newly renovated, charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath Oceanfront End Unit Townhome is located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach at Station One. This property boasts a terrific view of the ocean and of the Community Pool. From the ground level, follow the stairs up to the first floor. Here you will find a comfortable Living Room complete with flat screen HDTV and high speed Internet. Also on this level you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Area for 8, and a desk for those that must answer a work call while on vacation. Follow the stairs up and on the second level you will find the ocean front Master Suite and Guest Bedroom. Head back downstairs and relax on the ocean front porch for dinner al dente or just soak up the cool ocean breezes. The Station One community provides an unmatched location if you desire to be close to shopping, dining, and many other attractions Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Aug Family Beach trip

Excellent The location was quiet, clean and safe. It was adjacent to a beach walkway—close to the beach-but it was quiet. Bushes and a tall fence gave privacy. The location was excellent-great parking and a quick walk to an ice cream shop plus other restaurants. We will stay again.

Location, location, location

My wife and I stayed here with our 2.5 year old and 2.5 month old and couldn’t have been any happier. You cannot beat this location as you are a quick walk to the beach, all the shops and restaurants. Dave was super responsive to a question we had while staying in the house. We loved staying here so much we’re already taking about booking again.

We love coming to Wrightsville Beach and staying at station one/Townhouse 1. The Townhouse was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. There is great access to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants.

Family beach trip

Overall good. But there are a few things you should know if you’re renting this place. First, the parking is very difficult. You will have to back down an alley and back into the car port, otherwise it’s very difficult to turn around - especially if you have an suv or a van. This is an end unit that is right next to a public access path to the beach also. The back deck has a sliding glass door and you can walk to the beach from the deck. However there’s no way to lock that door if you want to enter and exit from the deck so you have to come and go through the front. The outside was very dirty. There’s a shower beside the garage but there was a birds nest in it. We didn’t even attempt to turn it on. Finally you should know that tie washer and dryer is in the garage. It’s not a stackable in unit washer dryer, which I would have preferred. You have to go outside with your laundry, take it downstairs, go through the dirty patio, into the garage to do laundry.

The best location, steps to the beach

We’re a family of five and loved our stay at this cute little townhouse. It’s location is perfect. Steps to the beach as well as to restaurants just around the corner.
