Bar pool was understaffed and could use better communication to the kitchen to take care of the food orders so that free's them up to keep up in better serve drinks and not have to worry about forgetting to make food that was ordered.

The check in process was so crowded and loud. The hotel is nothing special for the price we had to pay and the outside hot tub was shut down for the season , that was the reason I liked going. The parking lot is glare ice.

My blanket had a giant hole in it. And the food at the pool (pizza) was cold and the breakfast we didn’t get the option to have a menu and had to have the buffet and it was not good.

We stayed at The Tundra Lodge in Green Bay for a long-awaited trip to see the Packers game, traveling all the way from Florida — so we were really hoping for a great experience. Being able to check in a little earlier than the standard time was appreciated, but unfortunately that was about the only highlight. Room service is listed as an amenity, yet when we tried to order, we were told it wasn’t available. The next morning, we went to the breakfast buffet and simply wanted to take one plate to go back to our room, but were told we couldn’t due to “health concerns.” We also weren’t allowed to order anything off the regular breakfast menu to bring back, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and frustrating. Overall, the stay was disappointing. For the price and the excitement of the trip, we expected a much smoother and more accommodating experience. In the end, we were just grateful to have a place to rest our heads at night — but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
