Staff was nice listened to my concerns however the list of issues was very long for just a one time mistake.
Cons: AC not working as low as could go still sweating in the room. Had to open window to allow air flow then had highway traffic noise all night long.
Shower was not tightly secure causing a gush of water to come out the side. Also no door, on shower strange concept just open.
Has a kitchen but one knife and was broken and dull brought it down to the front desk asked for a replacement one came just as dull, ended up buying a knife at the target next door.
Dishes were dirty had to wash everything before using it. Other kitchen staples old melted and just poor quality
Bed had a broken piece in headboard which i cut i my finger on, some wierd stain on the wall and bed was very uncomfortable no boxspring just an old mattress on a board.
Doors to bedrooms are very heavy and slam very fast
Pros:
Breakfast was nice lots of options clean and organized.
Pool was nice and clean
