Those I met at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, however was cold and there was not meat option. The biscuits and gravy and the eggs were at room temperature.

Great staff makes it work

Although the parking lot is a bit pitted and the building entrance area shows signs of damage to the facade, the rest of the building is well maintained. The hotel manager was unique in making a circuit among breakfasters to ensure that we were happy.

Noncompassionated

We stayed due to no power at our house from the storm. No consideration no compassion. But gave penelec workers a discount. Front desk lady has no personality and looks annoyed if you even walk by. Our first night there no ice machine and elevator was out of service. So we had to climb 3 flight of steps to get to our room. The hotel also charges your credit card $250.00 for any damages which i did not see any word about this. Now i have to wait for a couple of days to see if i got that refunded to me. We ended up checking out at 5pm on the 2nd night because our power came back on. I had to eat the cost of the 2nd night cause it was after 11am. I just feel if the hotel knows the reason why you chose to stay there they would work with you. Wasnt pleased at all n couldnt wait to get back home. I will never stay there again or recommend anybody to stay there either.
