The day time desk staff (a lady) was very nice. Friendly, informative. The elevator was nice because you needed to swipe your room card to be able to go up to the floors, so we felt safe knowing random people weren't able to access rooms. The room was clean, quiet and the AC worked great. Beds were okay. Free breakfast was nice and plenty options to choose from. Things we didn't like - I had booked a king bed for my husband and I but we were given 2 double beds, so we had to sleep apart for the night. Also, we paid the extra 15 dollars to park in the direct lot but when we arrived back to the hotel later in the evening, not a parking spot in sight. Packed in the lot like sardines, people were even parking on the grass. So we had to park in the lot down the street thankfully, the hotel did refund me the extra money I paid Other than that, it was a nice stay.
