A 1980s Experience

While every staff member we interacted with was very friendly, the overall experience was underwhelming. We had cobwebs in our room, and the lack of a fridge or microwave was surprising. It just seemed the entire place was 20-30 years behind where it should be. Big plus though - the buffet lunch was very good.

Arrived at 3pm hoping to check in a few min early to get ready for an event at the local high school with my 80 yr old father and 4 yr old daughter. Staff saw and was made aware of our situation but insisted we could not check in until 4pm despite most of the resort being empty. Poor form, poor value for a sub par product.
