When I booked, it appeared that the pools were open. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Upon arrival, the property is very overgrown with weeds. Front desk informed us that all the pools were closed and the gave a piece of paper to go use the Atlantis “waterpark” (10 minutes from hotel) if you take this option at Atlantis, use the pool o the 4th floor. The outdoor part is dirty and the hot tub smelled terrible. The 4th floor pool redeemed the bad experience slightly. Our room was clean enough. The sink was old and cracked, and floor aaas sticky. The pullout couch bed was really uncomfortable and very noisy. The beds themselves were very noisy and very uncomfortable as well. We tried calling the front desk for towels in the evening since we had 5 people and 4 towels. No one answered so my daughter went down there. After a few minutes of tapping the room key on the counter, someone finally appeared. He said he was closing the front desk and would call over to laundry. Needless to say, we never received any towels. Overall, it was cheap and we were able to get some sleep. I would never had booked in the first place if had known the condition of the hotel and that the pools were closed.

1. Front desk staff told me ”You get what you pay for” when voicing concerns about the property. 2. The “Water park” was closed due to maintenance and I was not previously notified 3. Pool was then opened the next day, and was not notified of that either. I just happened to walk by and notice. Pool is EXTREMELY unsafe 4. Dirty & unkept grounds 5. Dirty room; Stained Sheets 6. Dirty and stained tub 1. Trash left in the room from previous guest 8. No internet / WiFi 9. TV didn’t work 10. Bath room door handle loose and barely hanging on 11. Sink was stopped up 12. Dirty walls and floor in common areas 13. Foul smelling microwave

The property was quiet and it wasn't the worst place I have stayed in. It's outdated. Ice wasn't easily available to all parts of the hotel, you had to go to the other end of the property. Staff wasn't always the most helpful or friendly. Check in was confusing. Online check in and then had to wait in line for 20 minutes and check in all over again. The exact same things I had completed online. When I asked about it, the receptionist was confused and didn't understand me at all. Pool area wasn't clean. Overgrown shrubs and trees. Overall, it was adequate for what my family needed for the weekend, but I don't think it will be high on my list to go back to again

Bed was decent, good water pressure. However this place is nothing like the pictures. Super out dated. Things were falling apart. Did not like being charged extra for using the pool. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything. Overall false advertising, will not stay here again.

We stayed at the Polynesian this time last year and were saddened that the outdoor pools were closed. This year we decided to try again since the website said they would be reopening in June and glad we did. This hotel is a great option for the price. The indoor and outdoor pools were open and Freddy at the front desk was amazing and extremely accommodating Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent place to stay for a decent price.

Indoor Pool not open, outdoor pool hardly open, lazy river not open, air conditioner didnt work had to switch rooms. Took an hour to check in. Had to walk a mile to a working ice machine. Entrance door was shattered.

The reception had a bad customer service. The pool closed early I was not able to enjoy it. So I guess there is a $50 hidden fee I was not aware of. Cleanliness was not good over the entire Gotel including the room . I would not stay here again

Pool not open!!! All lampshades were broken. No wi-fi and couldn’t get the tv to work. All over grown weeds everywhere!!! Drapes did not fit the window? Strange man hanging around my car-had to call security. Did not feel safe here😢
