My wife two small and myself stayed for one night. Kids wanted to swim so we figured get a room and have a nice day out of the house. We arrived to our room at 9pm after using waterpark which was overpacked, extremely cold water and huge lines for hot tub. Turned on heat which is 2ft from bunk beds are it is extremely loud! Maintenance guy comes and turns it up to 79 so it doesnt have a chance to turn off when at temp set. I call a second time and asked for a different room and was told maintenance guy can come again which I refused being after 10pm with small kids who should be sleeping. Was told I cannot have a refund so we left for home at 12am. Unbelievable stay. Will not be returning.

To check into the hotel it is across town from the resort. The expedia room booked did not state it was not the main building which I was unaware there were different buildings to book. Got that fixed but had to pay nearly $300 more than what I booked for; keeping the same room type. The hotel itself is outdated and very noisy. The quiet hours were non-existent. The water park was ok, they put a 10min limit on the hot tub which I had never heard of before. I was extremely disappointed with the "theme park". It was just an extension of the overpriced arcade that was in the main lobby. No indoor roller coasters, just 4 carnival rides meant for small kids. There is a 9-hole mini golf with no theme. Bumper cars was decent but felt there were too many cars for the size track it had. The kids were excited for pool soccer but all the balls were very torn and ratty. Overall not worth the money for their indoor attractions. Would not book unless outdoor attractions can be used.

The room was in okay condition. The bunk bed was a big hit and was very sturdy. The towels were very rough-feeling, though. Also hard to remedy but we could hear everything in the rooms around us which was a challenge when putting a young one to bed before the official quiet hours. Luckily everyone quieted down by quiet hours, but it is just a loud building (#10).

Most of the resort buildings were empty and we got the building 10 which was far from the pool area. The problem was that the temperature was below 6 degrees and get to the car in the parking lot with everything wet to get your building was painful

Overall good, but the internet was absolutely terrible! Like, you couldn’t even watch a show or stream music to help put the kids to sleep. Also, not very fun having to drive to the waterpark in the cold—-I didn’t realize there were multiple buildings.
