Bad rooms and staff but great water park and theme

The hotel rooms are bad.. carpet is nasty dirty.. smell is bad... although the water park and theme park is very different.. it was very fun..lots of rides and water slides.. if there is something these guys can change is the staff to be more friendly and have more attention on the rooms

Absolutely disgusted!!

My husband and I had a little party for our two boys and let them invite a friend each. We have stayed at this hotel once before and our kids enjoyed it because of the bunk beds. So dad and I agreed it would be an okay

I didn’t get towels and when I called they said the they will get them for me and an hr after no body showed up I kept calling the front desk and they just didn’t answer me I had to go find someone from housekeeping all the way to the 3rd floor we just needed towels and a trash bag
