The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the building was extremely dirty. This is putting aside the usual scuffs and marks on walls, doors, and floorboards. It looked like the halls and elevators had not been vacuumed or swept in months. It was nasty.

The first room they gave me wasn't cleaned. Hair everywhere. Bed, shower, floor you name it it was there. Sheets hadn't been changed. You can tell they had green slept on. Bathroom wasn't cleaned. Smelled like weed the entire stay even in the new room they gave me.

Inability to maintain comfortable room temperature

My only issue with the hotel was the inability to control the room temperature. It was either exceedingly hot or cold as the thermostat appeared to do nothing. We were a large group, and this was a common complaint. Location, service and breakfast were never an issue. Employees were very nice and helpful.

Low Key Stay

The customer service was amazing. The rooms looked like they were updated. The beds were ok. Easy location. Not very noisy. Breakfast was awesome every day we were there.

No EV Charger as Promised

The booking page listed an EV charger, which is why we booked here, so that should get taken down. The hotel doesn't know why it is listed, so I suppose it's more on hotels.com. Also, there was no mention of a pet fee when we booked, but that was charged when we got there.
