This hotel was a mess! No air conditioning in a lot of the rooms, the halls were super dirty, the room was really musty. There was people living in the hotel and they were pretty scary looking folks. They had a nice lobby but no food or service at the restaurants. Coffee machines leaked. There was a very nice person working the desk and that was about the best part however they were not able to do much but listen to our complaints.

The outdoor fire pit and indoor swimming pool were nice amenities. There was chaos all evening in the halls and other guests were loud and extremely messy. People were littering in the halls, fitness room, elevator. It was a bustling place and probably not enough staff to maintain order.

Our trip was ok. Staff was very friendly. AC didn't work, toilet didn't flush, and our room door keyless entry batteries needed to be changed. When staff was made aware of issues there wasn't any offers or discounts made. Otherwise it was convient location for our trip.

Too many issues to even write down. Room was dirty. Hotel was overbooked and we waited over an hour to get our room when it was after midnight. We watched several people with reservations being turned away. There was not enough staff. Cafe was closed on a weekend. We were supposed to get two queen beds and we were given a king and a pullout bed for three people. I specifically booked this hotel not only for the location but for the two queen beds, as it was the only hotel in the area with availability that had two queen beds and was affordable. Bathroom sink was clogged and slowly drained. We could not change the volume on the tv, and it was set at too loud of a volume to watch late at night. Overall it was an awful experience and we would never stay at another Sonesta Select again.

This property is shabby. Our phone was broken which meant there was no charging portal. We reserved a double room specifically because we needed two beds and were given at king at check-in which they blamed on “online bookings.” Therefore, neither my son nor I slept and he had an important sports event the next day. We were given a $20 refund because of the switch from queens to a king but that is not really a very good refund based on how we did not sleep and how shabby the room was, and , honestly, how dirty the carpet was. I’d never stay here or any other Sonesta again
