Not the best stay

They would not let me book my room because of the time it had to be booked by so we had to pay a $100 then all of my others teammates. We were there for a baseball tournament. I am a Hilton rewards member. I look at my receipt and it has a completely wrong address on it that’s not my address , so I need. To call the hotel now. I waited for over an hour and half for towels and wash cloths and also a blanket . The elevators sounded like they were going to stop everytime we got on them . The showers in a king room are very small. I had to get a king room because supposedly there was no double rooms available .

Pros: super helpful front desk staff; clean room with comfortable bed; full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion available; close to shopping & dining. Con: REALLY slippery bathtub/shower! I'm (usually) careful on my feet, but this was something I've never experienced before. Not that ruined anything, but be careful if you are not steady or need assistance.

My stay was just ak, toilet was backed up , elevator was super slow, a 10 minute wait was the norm. Curtains fell down , im recovering from a stroke ans using stairs was not an option with me being on the 6th floor.

This was our second time at this Hotel, rooms are are well, but not properly cleaned. Shower needs new caulk was full of mold. Floor wasn’t properly cleaned. FULL hotel with 1 working Elevator wasn’t ideal for the amount of guest there.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was modern and they give free water. The bathroom was very nice, shower curtain and not the sliding doors. I will definitely come back again.
