This freshly painted home features a spacious open floor plan living area with plenty of light and ample room to spread out. Notable features include hardwood floors throughout, an open concept kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, breakfast bar seating in addition to a formal dining area with a large table, spacious living room with a 50” flat-screen television and DirecTV. The large master bedroom includes a private deck and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Outdoors, the house has a screened-in porch, fenced-in backyard, outdoor shower, gas grill, and a large enclosed garage. Other noteworthy features of the home are free Wifi and a washer and dryer, and a Ping Pong table.
