The stay was good. Only complaint was they were having issues with the hot water so we didn’t have any consistent hot water when showering. Also, we have a youth camp staying in the rooms surrounding ours & the walls are paper thin. I heard the people next doors alarm going off at 6:40 am. The person next door in the shower yelling at someone. We heard everything. Other than that the rooms were clean. Smelled great. Beds were great & comfortable as well

Housekeeping did not respect late checkout. Everything else was amazing. Room was great, beds were great, room was quiet even when the hallway was noisy. AC worked well. The employees were very nice.

I usually like this chain. However, I am taking off a couple stars because several things were out of order or not functioning properly including: the ice machine on the first floor, guest laundry, one of the elevators, AND...(this is the big one)...we all had to take cold showers because for whatever reason, the water wouldn't get hot!!!!

Unfortunately we were assigned a room next to the elevator. Between the elevator & the noise from the water above I didn't get much sleep. It was one of the noisiest hotels I've ever stayed in. The bed was not comfortable either. The mattress was too soft & felt old. The staff was friendly but overall it was a very bad experience & I would not stay here again.

Excellent stay. The hotel was super clean, smelled very good. Breakfast looked fantastic. Check in was easy. Front desk employees were super nice and informative. The beds were super comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Pleasant long weekend stay for family trip

Beds were comfortable. Lobby was clean, welcoming and smelled nice. The room was okay overall. Somewhat small with not alot of storage or counter space for a family with 2 young children. Room was clean and there were great breakfast options offered each morning. Disappointed that the hot tub in the pool area had lots of foam despite a worker stating that she changed the water the morning after we arrived. When i looked it up on Google, it states that foam in a hot tub indicates organic matter in the water, lack of the right balance for chemicals and/or dirty filter/jets. So we stayed away from the hot tub. My kids did enjoy swimming in the pool. The hotel was only 10 min drive to Hershey. Check in/out was convenient and easy. Price for our stay was reasonable.

The front desk clerk was kind about telling us that we had to wait 30 minutes to check-in or pay $25. The pool area was extremely hot and the pool water is cold. Additionally, we had to ask for towels after being in the room two days. We were given a lecture about how to ask for towels. There were clumps of hair in the room. Overall, I would not return back to this hotel. My reasoning for selecting this hotel was the online rating of 10/10.

The hotel is about 16min driving to chocolate world. The beds and the bathroom have the smell of urine filling the air in the room. The kitchen is so tiny, be aware of the kitchen responsible lady to tab into your back to clear the table.

We had a good experience. Staff was friendly. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Room was clean and fresh. Lobby is inviting, coffee was fresh and good the entire trip.
