Possible black mold!

The actual hotel wasnt bad it was the condition of the bathroom in the room. I think it had black mold around the shower head on the wall.

Room was unclean. Broken coffee table leg. Moldy fridge, dirty floors, paint peeling from bathroom walls and ceiling, terribly patched crack across bathroom wall. Sofa bed mattress was old and very stained. Asked for a new room, they did not have another suite downgraded to double. New room water leaked from shower, mold in ice bucket. Would not procide fresh towels, except every 3 days per policy. Hallway carpet dirty and stained. Elevators seemed outdated and beat up. Would not recommend to anyone. Pictures taken of everything and provided to front desk. They just say they will improve and I see the same complaints over and over from people.

Hotel in general was not bad however, the bathrooms looks like the remodel was done extremely quick. Sliding door in shower would not stay shut causing water to pool on the floor. Outdated fan in bathroom was extremely noisy. Other than that hotel was nice.

I would NOT recommend, You can Not check in a minute early. There was a line for check in. It was ridiculous. The air in the rooms barley worked patches in the room everywhere- walls and ceilings

Please do not book with this hotel. We checked into our first room and it was not properly cleaned and sanitized. The front desk person was extremely nice and sent someone up along with the manager on duty immediately. The free wifi offered is not for the TV unable to hook a game system to the TV and use the internet. Front desk informed me the wifi was for phone use only. The beds was very uncomfortable I had to go and get pain pills from target across the street. They were courteous enough after day 1 to allow us to upgrade our room the next day. In this room we found a roach, the sleeper couch was drilled down so we were not able to use. The refrigerator leaked and the maintenance man did a botch job of fixing it. The pool was suppose to open at 10am and the man did not get there until 12 to clean it and they only put out 5-6 towels at a time although they indicate they provide towels for staff at the pool. Our toilet got clogged and they offered us a plunger to unclog it ourselves. I will say the bed in this room was much better however, me, my husband and my two kids had to cram in there together. The bar is not open and the door from the side of the bar don't allow you pool access. You have to walk all the way down the hall go out the back door and go around to get to the pool. We were suppose to stay Thursday-Sunday after all the issues we packed up and left on Saturday to return home. Needless to say I wont be visiting this place no more.

We liked that the pool was open until 10pm so we were able to get a late swim after a 98 degree day. We did not find the room to be of high quality, the phone had no buttons or numbers to call out list. Anytime we would call customer service it only rang busy. The floor was stained with a white substance and a huge crack in the wall with a rip on the headboard. Breakfast was subpar, simple yet not tasty. The front desk agents were of help at all times and staff was friendly.

Property was not clean-inside or out. Towels are replaced every three days, but never received on the third day after old ones were picked up. Spoke with the front desk and they said they would be put in our room. We finally just went and bought what we needed from a store. The hotel smelled of marijuana. Would not recommend staying here.

It was really good! The hotel room was clean and neat. There was a rainfall shower head. The hotel is being renovated so the outside looks like a prison but the inside looked amazing!! Elevator needs updating. But other than that we will definitely be back!!!

Just good enough for one night

You get what you pay for. Bathroom shower had hair in it, the continental breakfast was gone with 45 min left of serving time, the beds are full and not queen. Our room did cool off well.
