We had a decent stay overall. The hotel is very conveniently located—just minutes from Busch Gardens, which was a big plus. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to start the day right. Would consider staying here again for the location and value.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was very disappointed. Many of the air conditioning units were uncovered, with some covers falling off the side of the building, which gave the property a neglected appearance. Additionally, I noticed a chair with visible mold on it, raising serious cleanliness and health concerns. While the staff were friendly and understanding—they promptly canceled my reservation without issue—the actual condition of the hotel was far from what the online photos suggested. The pictures were quite deceiving compared to the reality of the hotel’s current state and presentation.

Despite the elevator being out of service, the front desk was incredibly helpful and made sure we had a room on a lower floor, which made things much easier. The breakfast was also good and well-stocked.

Though the elevator was out of service, a bit inconvenient but the staff were sincerely apologetic and went out of their way to accommodate us, making the inconvenience manageable. The breakfast was also a great start to the day. Keep up the hospitality!

While the peoperty is close to many attraction and the staff is friendly and welcoming the hotel could desperately use a renovation. My room was dirty when I arrived. The front desk does not answer the phone when you call down he has they are under staffed so you have to go down to ask for anything. When I requested my room be cleaned the trash only was removed. Price was reasonable but I would not return.

I don't normally leave a review. This place is not like the picture as advertised. Elevator was not working, they offered free of charge to cancel reservation and gave room credit for it. But was not from the area so decided to stay was thinking room wont be bad per the picture advertised. But OMG the room we got has a moldy smell, bed has blood from bedbugs, the chair in the room was full of rust and bathroom had dirty towel on the floor. Didn’t get to sleep all night felt like bugs crawling. It was not a pleasant place to stay. I guess building is old. So I don't know. Just thankful people were nice.

We came into town for a family trip and had a suite booked. In the master room, the A/C unit did not put out much cool air, was very loud, and sounded like it was about to completely break down. The bathtub in the room was completely clogged, causing us to not be able to bath our kids or shower for long because the tub would fill to the top. We tried unclogging it ourselves with no luck. The maintenance man came up to try to fix it and said he was unable to. Therefore, we were not able to shower like we needed/wanted to. It took all night for the water in the shower to drain. The bathroom had orange/red spots all over the walls and bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. On our first night after checking in, the fire alarm went off causing everyone to evacuate. We had to leave with our children quickly and unable to be in our room for awhile. Turns out the elevator caught on fire per the front desk. The elevator was broken the rest of our stay, so we had to climb up and down 4 floors of stairs with two young children and all of our luggage. For spending close to $500 for two nights, we were really unhappy and uncomfortable during our stay and will not stay again when traveling back to Williamsburg.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel—the staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was good and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I recommend this place and would gladly return!

I was told after I paid for the reservations a month ago , that I needed to make them aware I was checking in late . That I'm lucky that my reservation was not canceled , after I had no control over my flight being late , and a drive of 45 minutes . I was scolded like a child . Not a good experience .
