I am very disappointed. I booked a 2 queen + pull out couch room, the beds are fulls and the pull out bed / couch is literally just springs. There is no bath and I have 4 little kids. I asked for a room with a bath after walking in and there wasn’t one available… The pool and jacuzzi are closed. Not mentioned through Expedia but supposedly it’s on their website. We stayed in another holiday inn express last night and it was great. If I could get my money back and go somewhere else I would have but $200 is a lot to take a loss.

the staff were very kind and helpful and the place was very clean. The one down side was that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on a board with a thin cotton padding. My son slept on the pull out couch and the mattress on that was terrible as well-you could feel each and every individual spring. My son, who sleeps on the floor sometimes and is fine even said the pull out couch was uncomfortable.

Booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool which was closed for maintenance when we got there. The phone in my room looked like it was part of a crime scene. All the buttons were missing. The head boards were vynal and it was all peeling off. Bed was rock hard. Food was awful at breakfast. Hot food was cold and soggy. I will never book this hotel sgain. Sheets and towels were well warn and very scratchy

Disappointed in the morning staff and breakfast

Evening staff was friendly. Morning staff seemed more concerned about hanging out with friends and family and not taking care of guest. Took the family down to eat breakfast a good hour before they closed. The pancake machine was empty. Took them 30 minutes to put more mixture in it. No regular coffee. No forks. Every table was in a mess.
