The hot tub was out of order and the ice machine was out of order on our floor and 4 floor on machine worked on 2 and 1st. The AC unit didn’t work right all the floors AC wasn’t working properly felt warm not cool like it should be. Very disappointed with this hampton

Everything was Ok accept I was put in a wheelchair accessible room, which I did not request. And because I got there late and I was very tired after such a long drive and I was gonna stay in one night I didn’t go back to the front desk to complain about that, but I didn’t feel comfortable in that room.
