Abdula was very helpful in allowing our family to enjoy this stay. He was helpful when we forgot things after our checkout and he was responsive while we were there. Having king sized beds and two rooms really made it comfortable for our family. We will return in the future.

The customer service was rude. One towel in a room for up to 6 people, no toilet paper, the microwave wouldn’t open without damaging the wall we were afraid they would keep our $200 deposit if we did. Tried to speak to front desk and it was always locked and empty. Never coming back

Check in: staff member was super friendly and organized. There is a 200 dollar deposit hold which I found to be a bit high but it reversed within 2 days. There were three of us each with own room on three different floors. The first floor room was 1 bed cramped and no hot water, no table, I stayed on the second floor 2 beds very clean, spacious and comfortable room. The third floor room 2 beds tv was not working and it was very very icy on the stairwell which when we asked to move to another floor they said it was not available and thanks to the kind staff member he put ice melt down which only helped a little and still made it a dangerous situation. It was a one night stay for a work event in the area. I don’t think I would have chosen this location for any longer than that. The shower was really neat with its spa like features. I personally would look for an alternative next time or ask for the second floor.

The room was not clean, the floor was dirty, the towels were small and not standard size bath towels, the bathroom was freezing cold because it had a window in it and poor insulation I guess but it would cause the walls and the floors to have condensation. The room took forever to warm up with the heater so it was cold too. The toilet was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.

I don’t know where all the good reviews are coming from but this place was awful. The bedspread had gross stains and rips in it. The heat (we were there in the winter) was so loud when it came on that it would wake you up. Pillows were lumpy and tiny. There are no nightstands or lamps, just one glaring overhead light. You could hear the conversations of every person passing by. The bathroom looked new but the towels were old, flimsy and grey looking.

Our first room had a broken window on ground level and a filthy toilet and floor. We switched rooms and that room's smoke alarms were going off. The owner removed them and put them in the drawer. We told him we weren't comfortable with that and he said it was fine. He then locked us out of his office and didn't refund our money. We left. I wouldn't recommend this hotel - its not safe, clean or accommodating.

We were attending a cheer competition in Wildwood and needed a place to stay overnight near the convention center. The room sizes well-accommodated our needs as a family of 5. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. Abdul was very welcoming! The facilities were great and we absolutely loved the shower in the room. Parking was a little tricky but we were there off season and had no problems. We plan on booking again.

I was traveling with my 10 year daughter, The room was in the first floor on a busy road, They try to fit in two beds in a very small room where you couldn’t even open the door to get into the room. The bathroom had no essentials to take a shower. It only had two regular towels no hand towels, no floor mat. Beds with missing comforters. We went to dinner and we got back , hotel was pitch black we got our stuff and we checked out an hour after we checked in.
