We had a microwave that didn’t work so I told the front desk. They gave me another one but it also didn’t work. The hot water was very inconsistent sometimes being extremely hot and other times no heat at all

We enjoyed the large room that had a king & queen bed in it. Breakfast was nice. Coffee was hot. We will stay here again on our next trip that way.

I was greeted kindly by the woman at the front desk and appreciated the spacious suite I chose. Definitely clean and quiet. I’m also grateful they allowed me to bring my dog for a $20 fee. Super affordable.

Holdredge Stay

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issues I had were that the spa/hot tub did not work, and didn't work the last time I stayed. There was no notice that it wasn't working, and was not told it wasn't working prior to booking the stay. Also, the breakfast is ok, but would like something other than biscuits and gravy..

The pools heater was broken so the water was very very cold. The hot tub didn’t even have water in it. The drinks vending machine was out of order. We found a random sock in our room upon arriving. There were stains on the top blankets. The bathroom hadn’t been swept/scrubbed. The dinning area furniture needs replaced something fierce. Both the front desk people were super friendly and helpful and the only positive of the stay.

As was expected

Registration had a bit of a snag, but worked out. Pool heater out so our plan for a relaxing soak was foiled again. No pre booking exposing either! Room was as expected. Breakfast not awsume, but better than expected.
