Whitefish is a cute little area. Very Pleasant check in. Customer service was very professional and straight forward. Close walking proximity to little downtown area and grocery markets. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking in this area

When my husband and I got to the property, they gave us the wrong room and the room we were given was not a very good room. This room was on the lower level floor and it was not the room we booked. The front desk agent was not able to help us the first night we arrived, however she stated the manager would be in the next morning and he would be able to help us. The following morning we spoke to Tanner, the manger and he was very helpful and very accommodating and he moved us to a room that was very similar (not exact) but was very close to what we booked. After the first hiccup was taken care of the rest of our stay was a great experience. The breakfast is great and all the staff were extremely nice. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Convenient location- 30 mins to Glacier National Park, only about 1 mile from downtown Whitefish. Updated, modern rooms. Great shower. Nice & clean. Easy access for gas & grocery store next door. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was your average continental- nothing too exciting.

Building is old and has zero sound insulation - we heard all neighbors. Major roads nearby with constant traffic. We booked several weeks in advance, but instead of King with Balcony we were given ground floor room with a walk-out, zero privacy. Explanation was "we are sold out".

Whitefish is definitely an overrated city. Everything is extremely expensive and not worth the money. Dining and food options are limited and in my opinion, not very good. Traffic is terrible and getting around is a nightmare. There are deer everywhere and with all the self entitled arrogant a holes in that area, it’s sad seeing them getting hit by vehicles because their habitat is being destroyed with the constant expansion and new construction in these cities. Montana is being destroyed and will be the next California soon enough. Humans suck and all they do is destroy.

Nice hotel

The staff was outstanding. The room had a great view,breakfast in the morning was plentiful and afternoon. Cookies made the day!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area or going to glacier National Park.
