We have stayed here before and love this hotel and will still choose to come here for our weekend getaways. I was just really disappointed by our experience this time. When we got to our room ac wasn't working and then there was garbage in the fridge and bathroom counters were dirty as was the floor. Maintenance fixed ac quickly and was super nice! Front desk came and offered to clean but we said we had done it already and thanked her. She was nice as well. What really ruined our trip was the nonstop running from the time we got to the hotel until we checked out. I even got woke up by heavy pounding from people messing around in the stairwell besides our room which we realized was where majority of the banging had been coming from. There were tons of kids in the pool that night and that stairwell is right off the pool so probably parents not watching there kids and letting them run crazy. It just would've been nice for the hotel staff to acknowledge the noise because I truly don't understand how they wouldn't have know. Like I said we will for sure keep coming back but was a pretty lame experience hearing loud stomping and thuds literally nonstop.

Overall our stay was great. We were there with a high school basketball team and had a great space for the team to have dinner and hang out. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order.

Property was good. Beds were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping could spend a bit more time when cleaning, especially the corners. Corner of the showers, corner of the sink, room, etc was dirty and so were the edges. Price was right during the winter, which is when I stayed. The summer not so much.
