The property is beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous.
The bartenders, Leon and Ben, were terrific and very pleasant to talk with.
The dining room was horrible. Waited for over 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast, so we finally just sat at a table. No one came over to us, so I got up, got some water and coffee for my husband and me. Finally, a waitress saw me doing this on my own and came over and was disturbed that I was doing this. She was very nice after that interaction.
The night crew in the dining room was awful. The hostess was horrible. Again, we waited over 20 minutes to get seated. He seemed out of it and did not know what he was doing. Sat us down and told us Scott was our waiter. Well!!!! We waited over 30 minutes until I asked another waiter if someone would ever come to our table.
Needless to say, this was nothing that my husband and I have ever experienced.
The food was not good at all. I think you need to clean house and get better staff and a cook!
