Worst Hotel Experience

When we arrived, the appearance of the hotel looks old, dirty, lackluster and overall unappealing. When we arrived, we asked about the availability of the pool and the receptionist told us that we needed to call before hand. The pool is empty and filled with trash. The walls of the building have paint thats peeling off. The lawn was not cut. Nothing like how it was presented in the app, which was deceiving to me, my family and friends. Ive been using this app for a while now to book hotel rooms, but im planning to not use this app anymore. You need to make consistent updates to the website to let your customers know the reality of the property that we are wanting to stay.

Lacking

A barking dog and slamming doors woke us early and prevented us from completing our rest. The shower was full of someone elses hair, both on the walls and floor. The bed covering was very dusty causing us tofold it down, away from our faces.
