We were on floor 2. It looks like it’s in the middle of renovations. Material laying on the floor. There was also a dog barking early morning in the room beside us.

Good place for a decent price

Didn't bring my bathing suit and so I didn't get to try the pool or whirlpool. Too bad... It's a decent, basic hotel. Very busy at check in. Come early. The hallways need to be renovated, but the rooms are clean and pretty nice.

It was good. But it seems like they may be under renovation.. it seems kind of outdated as far as rug wife and the first room that I was in, the toilet didn't flush all the way. 1 2 the desk and ask for another room. Everything afterwards was good.

Upon arrival the staff member was rude and disrespectful. He finally checked us in a 1:30pm into a room that had no television. We asked her how to fix it she said that maintenance was gone. The evening shift staff moved us to a better room. The area is perfect for what we came for.

Needs to be updated. It is 25 to 30 minutes from everything you want to do. Housekeeping worked hard to keep rooms clean and ready. Overall not a bad stay.

I read the reviews on this hotel and was terrified to stay at first - but after a quick prayer because I was scared, my family of 8 checked in and .. i can’t lie - we had an awesome stay. With it being a two star hotel, we came with very low expectations - but we were met with the unexpected. The beds were clean, the towels were as well. We did not see one roach or bug that people were complaining about. If it makes a difference, we stayed on the fifth floor. I actually love the room interior and the rooms were actually clean. It was actually cleaner than 4 start hotels i’ve been to. I think management is finally doing soemthing about the complaints. The only things that could’ve been better are the breakfast options, elevator, and interior hallway design. One waffle maker is not the ideal option lol. Additionally, the elevator closest to the entry was not working which means we had to use the one at the back. The interior was .. not the best. I think we preferred using the stairs at one point for our safety. The hallways could do with some usages. For example, the carpet. Changing that would be a huge upgrade for the hotel - why not make it like the ones inside the rooms? Also, sometimes the key cards won’t work so perhaps an update on the key system would be huge. We did not witness “crazy” people - if anything, it was quite empty. It was quite ideal for our visit to one of the resorts nearby. The breakfast ladies were also really kind and their smiles are infectious

Upon checking in the air conditioning in my room did not work, so I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk and I noticed a sticky substance on the receiver of the phone. I went to the front desk and they immediately moved my room. However when I came back in that night my keycard did not work and I had to return to the main desk again, they reconfigured the card but it still didn’t work.

Not what I expected from the pictures on their website. Old and not very clean rooms. Bathroom shower has pink mold and old soap on shower self. From the 3 front desk employees, only one was nice. I would not stay here again

Room was fine. Never had our room cleaned or garbage taken so we had to leave it outside the room (everyone else seemed to be doing it as well). Whole fourth floor smelt of chlorine. Would stay here for a night or two if you aren’t planning on being there long.

When we checked in the girl behind the desk was texting and it legit took her 30 seconds to even look up that we walked in. I wouldn’t complain if that was the only issue . I know the hotel is under construction but she gave us the furthest room from the elevator and I had a noticeable hurt leg but whatever. But after we went to get food our keys stopped working so I called the front desk to see if they could help us in our room the girl said no I can’t leave the front desk I’m the only employee down at the front desk. So I said fine I will hobble down and she wasn’t even at the desk it was guy. So she straight up lied to not help. Not a good way to start our vacation. The breakfast was decent .. but the lady putting all the food out seemed annoyed we were getting food. I just felt like we were unconvincing every one, the next day my bf didn’t feel good I asked if we could extend the check out the lady said no even before I could ask the question we wanted to check out at 12 … she said she had too many people coming that day… well how about you take care of the guests that are here now not your future guests.
