Excellent place to stay in West Yellowstone

Great place to stay in West Yellowstone. Literally a few minutes from the park entrance and close to restaurants. Cute, clean and nice employees!!

This is a small motel and I was a bit worried judging by exterior atmosphere, but it provided a great clean room with comfortable beds. Also a nice touch with cookies at check in. Just small muffins in the morning but a very nice coffee bar. Location was perfect - very close to Yellowstone gate.

Very nice

Very nice, shower was very very small and awkward shower head. We made it work. The bed was really comfortable. The only issue we had was that we were on the top floor on the very corner with no room on right side and tree kept scraping side of room making noise constantly. Easy fix to a nice stay.

The hotel is in a great location for use as a jumping off point for Yellowstone exploration and has many good dining & shopping options. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The room was clean & secure and everything was in good working order. The only drawbacks were how small the room was (especially the super tight stand up shower) and lugging heavy luggage up and down stairs.

Nice decoration, cleanliness except the shower curtain which had strong of sweat odor. Shaquille was nice as well as the clerk on 6/14/25 AM when we checked out (around 8:00). Tea bags choices are good, but not muffin.

I would definitely stay here again! The hotel is an old style motel, and all of the rooms have exterior facing doorways. My room was very nicely equipped, and most of the furnishings were new and in good condition. The shower was a little snug, about 30 in.², But that was fine for me since I’m average size. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping, as well as the entrance to the national park. The staff members, for example, Mario, were outstanding!
