Relaxation at its finest

We had a great stay. Even though the room was a little hot when when first got there due to the high temperatures and being on the top floor, the hotel brought in additional portable A/C to fix the problem and it worked great. I love this hotel because the staff is awesome and the food is fabulous. A great place to relax and treat yourself and family.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with the prettiest courtyard and dining areas and full of history and charm. My biggest issue was check in. They couldn't find my reservation even with my confirmation, then found that it had been moved (for what reason no one knows or could figure it out) to under my daughter in law's name. It stayed that way for the duration of the stay and led to some confusion with checking out, random charges and so on. To their credit, they did upgrade our room for the inconvenience. It was just a frustrating experience after having a long day of travel.

The complimentary glass of champagne at the bar was great. But, if there are two guests each should get one😁. We always stay at the BH on our way to FL and MI and MI to FL. Dinner menu was plentiful and tasty!

The staff was very polite and informative. The ambience was wonderful, nostalgic even. They had live music. I did however wish there were more after hours purchasable items such as a deck of cards. There wasn't anywhere close by that offered such items either. Otherwise the water stayed hot in the room and it was very spacious and clean. Loved the robes in the room, great! The evening concierge was sweet and helpful too.

Beautiful building. Staff was superb and incredibly kind. Not as busy downtown as we imagined, but this is likely due to visiting before summer festivities get started. Bathroom is updated and absolutely wonderful; robes are sublime. Dog friendly and area is walkable. Area feels safe for walking.

Honeymoon Stay

The Blennerhassett hotel was the first leg of our honeymoon. The service was top notch, and the dining experience was great. Loved the room as well. Would highly recommend this hotel to others and hope to go back there someday.
