The hotel staff were pleasant and courteous. Unfortunately, the rooms had a very strong unpleasant odor that even permeated our clothing. The restaurant was fair, a little disorganized… my Cobb salad with grilled chicken was very fresh and tasty and a good size. Our server was attentive and our food was received in a timely manner. Gym was small but effective! My boyfriend and I got our workouts in with what was there! We were only there two nights so we didn’t try the restaurant or pools/hot tub. BEAUTIFUL views and we were close to the ice castles and mountains for outside winter things!! We will definitely stay there again!

Room was clean which is not easy considering all of the wet shoes. Bedding and bed was comfortable. Hot tubs were nice, especially the outdoor one. Outside pool was not heated to what I thought was comfortable but the kids tolerated it. Bartender was so nice, we also had a super nice young man as our waiter. The check in process could be smoother and more efficient especially since we completed the registration online. Gift shop is an absolute trip!! Overall all lot of fun.
