Room was clean with the exception of the pullout bed mattress which was badly stained and appeared dirty. All personnel were very courteous and professional especially the breakfast lady!! t\The AC/Heater was not operable as was the phone(both were replaced the next day).

In the morning after the breakfast went back to the room, and there was a roach crawling around on the TV stand, and when Expedia contacted them, they said that the person to handle this wasn’t around and by the way, we were not able to check out late even though the night before I had requested it and was told it was fine.
