The hotel overall is comfortable and well maintained. Noise can travel from neighboring rooms via a hallway/door. Breakfast is very good. Overall a very reliable hotel and super close to rental cars and teh airport

We enjoyed a good breakfast buffet, and the made-to-order omelets were a nice bonus. The room was clean and spacious enough for our stay, and the view from the 15th floor was great. Although the hotel is right by the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and out pleasant. One downside was the alarm light, which flashed white throughout the night in our bedroom and was quite annoying. Also, only two sets of towels were provided despite our group of six. The location is very convenient with easy highway access and close to shopping; Target is about 2 miles away. The pool and hot tub were a great addition, and the gym was clean with plenty of equipment available. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

The hotel was fine,clean, helpful friendly staff located in a warehouse district. If you are looking for a place to stay if you missed a flight out of PBI, this will more then be suitable.

I have stayed there three other times. The service was excellent. This time the housekeeping service was not as good as in the past I had to call for housekeeping services for my room because they had not cleaned it in two days when I Called, the person was rude
