Poor quality

Our family paid about $156 per night for Friday and Saturday. The quality of the hotel in my opinion was worth $80 a night max. The room with 2 queens was extremely cramped! No room to move around with our family of 5. As soon as you walk in you got the vanity and sink immediately on the right and to the left the door to the small bathroom (that has what we believe to be black mold) condensation seems to have a problem drying out of there. The walls were filthy and our door latch was janky and would lock us out with key. Will say the breakfast was decent and the staff was kind. This hotel just needs some updating. Would not recommend for the price we paid.

The outside was so stinky and the room was dirty.

Had to change rooms due to dirty toilet and dirty floors. Noticed multiple exterior doors unsecured by staff. Don’t let the “clean”reviews fool you. Obviously we were staying on a budget, but this was the worst $140 hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.

Hotel used heavy smelling cleaning materials that can be offensive and too strong for anyone with allergies to these products. Night clerk was wonderful and very helpful, but smells triggered an allergy attack and I could not stay there.

My toliet stopped working while I was there, my towels had stains on them, the towel I was supposed to dry off with had a big hole in it. I asked for another towel and the cleaning lady said they had ran out of towels. Was not able to speak to a manager. Plus, the air conditioning went from freezing to just blowing out cool (fan) air.

Shannon was helpful upon check in. We went to our room and it was clean and smelled nice. We went back to the front desk and Shannon referred us to a wonderful dinner restaurant.

The amenities were non-existent, the grounds were unkept. Water was brown. We had to switch rooms once because someone had used our toilet before we got to the room. The room we ended up in was clean and the beds were decent. The lady at the front was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good and the usual that you would get at a continental breakfast.

This is a 1 star property at best. Very dated. At almost 200 bucks a night with taxes you would expect way more. Stayed 3 days. Dirty towels with black stains. Yellow stains on sheets. Brown toilet. Remote control broken. Fridge had 2 temps warm or frozen. Stains on ceiling. Tub missing porcelain. Smelled like weed. Kids running up and down the hall all night. Elevator had sticky floor for 2 days. Breakfast no juice or fruit. Staff was nice. Two cats and frogs outside cool. Was convenient to things seemed safe outside. Just expected more at price.

Front desk staff was so friendly and checked me in quickly. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The tap water has a yellow Tint but I’ve read that’s the theme at other places as well. Not their fault but bring bottled water. Great restaurant choices near by. A few. You can walk to. Would stay here again.

Terrible stay

We booked a 2 queen room and received a 1 king room. There wasn’t enough pillows, towels and toiletries for us. The ac unit wasn’t working, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and also the linens on the bed were dirty. We had a terrible stay and won’t be returning.
